Down day

Down day today, no C25k exercise. Went for a 2 mile walk instead. No power walking, no jogging, no running, just a stroll around town. I mapped it out via Google maps so I started and ended at my house and would walk a total distance of at least 2 miles.

 Stats: 35:43, average speed 3.44 mph, burned 202 calories, total distance of 2.05 miles.

It’s amazing how many calories you burn running. Almost the same distance as the C25k exercises I’ve completed, in about the same time, but I burned almost twice the calories with a little running thrown in doing the C25k stuff.
