Workout, Day 2 and Day 3


I didn’t post yesterday, but I did the SitUps initial test, for 25 sit ups.

Today, I did the PushUps, for the last rep of “Max, at least 9”, I did 10. The first 2 reps were easy, the third was a little harder, the fourth was difficult, and I had to dig to do the 10.

The “Couch” run was super easy.

    I need to start doing crunches and push ups in the morning.

    The real bear is going to be getting back on the elliptical !! I really hate that machine.

    • I’m not built to run, and I absolutely hate it. One thing that helps me when I run, is I listen to music. I find it takes my mind off of it, and makes running tolerable.
