Heh

I was walking home from the local festival going on. A truck backfired, which sounded like some kind of semi auto rifle. I jumped, faced the sound of the threat, positioned my body in the draw stance, and tried to index my hand on my nonexistent Beretta in case I needed to draw it to engage the threat.

Problem is, it wasn’t on me since I don’t have a CHL.

I guess all that training is starting to pay off…
